The annual Worshipful Company of Butchers’ Golf Day took place on 19th June at Essendon Golf Course in Hertfordshire, raising over £3,200 for the Master’s Million appeal to help fund the refurbishment of Butchers’ Hall.

The Lady Mayoress was Guest of Honour at the Worshipful Company of Butchers June Court Lunch which took place in the Painters’ Hall. Mrs Lindy Estlin complimented the Company on its charity work and praised the industry for the pathways it offers young people into apprenticeships.

The annual WCB Master’ s Charity Dinner took place on Friday 17 th May at the historic Guildhall in the City of London when, in a time - honoured way going back as far as 900 years, the Butchers joined together for fellowship and the joy of helping others.
