On the 22nd September, Dr Jude Capper, Professor of sustainable Beef and Sheep production at Harper Adams University, presented a fascinating online presentation for the WCB Young Butchers.
Attended by Young Butchers and Liverymen, all concluded that the findings and research contained within this seminar was information that should be shared more widely within the Livery.
The webinar was recorded on Zoom and anyone with an interest in this subject area in our industry, should definitely take an hour of their time to watch this insightful, thought-provoking presentation.
